BAD Service and Attitude from Staff

Earlier this week a group of friends met for a long overdue reunion (after 5 years) and we decided to meet up at the Sun City Hotel for an evening of dining and entertainment. WELL!!! I had the worst experience of my life. We waited forever to get served, twice our order had been messed up and when it came to receiving the check for the evening there were at least two incorrect charges. When approaching the relevant management we were dismissed and accused of ordering the items in dispute. The waitron was less than friendly and clearly he'd learnt this from his manager.

Then to pour salt on our gaping wound we escorted our friends to the hotel and decided we would check in for the evening *BIG MISTAKE* I'm sorry mam but we're unable to take your reservation at this time??? WHAT???

We were mortified!! Out of all the establishments within the Sun City complex they could not assist?

This report is to voice our complete and utter dissatisfaction with the Sun City group. We checked into the Sundown Ranch a few km down the road.

Never have we felt this hostility could it be that it was really late and the staff were tired? I don't care, this is a multi million dollar industry
