Last year I purchased a hoody from the Big Concerts Linkin Park concert in Cape Town. The logo on the hoody did not even make it through the first wash, and with a R500 price tag, I laid a complaint with Big Concerts.
Their initial response was quick where they offered a full refund as long as I could provide photographic proof of the damaged logo on the hoody, which I provided. Since then, after many emails requesting some feedback, I have not gotten any response from them.
Why bother having a customer care line, if you actually do not care about your customers!!
