Incorrect Billing

I notified SK on the 12th of February that they had billed me twice for tickets booked online on 3rd Feb. An agent took all my details and said she would notify me once the refund was processed. I am still waiting. I emailed the agent yesterday to request an update and no reply.

Please advise on the status of my refund. NB. This is not the first time it's happened, the last time the refund process was a lot quicker and the agent a lot more helpful. Ref: SK - INC - 128410
