Where's my refund??

I made an attempt to book tickets for a movie on Sunday 7 July 2013 on the Sterkinekor mobi site, after debiting my account i received and error message "Sorry, there has been an error booking. Your booking has been cancelled and refunded. Reference number: 10716601"

Monday i call the Ticketline call centre only to be told that the funds will reflect during the course of the day.

Today is Wednesday 10 July 2013 and i still do not have my refund???
