Worst sservice and attitus

We came to watch the late show of "the innbetweeners" after purchasing our sweetss coldrinks and popcorn we waaited 45 min only for them to eventuually tell us tthe movie won't play. As if 45min sitting in aaa cinema didn enough, we were tolld that we can watch the other movie that started or get a comp. Eventually we got a refund for our four tickkets and manager dessmond had a bad attitude!!! he even dropped a comment to his collegue abouut "sukking to get rid of us". Worst service ever!!! no way to treat a customer, no management skills!!! -nsstead of striving to keep his customers happy and turning our frowns upside down he aggrevatedd us!!! its was so dissappointing to leave with our paid for sweets and popcorn and drinkss!!! waste. Of time and money!!! leaste they couldd of done was refund our stuff we bought!!! poor service!! I am highly disappointed in ster kinekor the bridge and as a regular supporter, they have just lost 4 regular customers!!!
