Cannot get through to call centre for account

Hi,
Can someone please contact me with regards to my account, I have -R839.99 in credit as I paid R606 yesterday, for some reason my account was terminated. When I go on line to activate it it says I must call you, but alas your call centre numbers do not work, they just ring and ring and ring and ring.
A call back would be great,
