Top tv is a rip off

Utterly Disgusted: I still don't have my refund. Top tv called me to advise the amt that needed to be refunded but to date have still not received it. The consultant told me to wait 40 days to be reimbursed... like!!! When top tv took my money off my account I didn't say wait 40 days then take it! Are they earning interest on it? How many others has this been done to? This is utterly disgusting! Top tv is a rip off!!! I demand my money back immediately...
