Incorrect/unauthorised bank account deduction

I lodged a complaint here previously about money that was taken out of my daughters account - incorrectly and unauthorised. Despite phone calls, faxes, prior reports, emails, absolutely NOTHING has been done to refund this money. They even had the cheek to ask me to provide certified copies of documents which had already been sent to me. JM Attorneys response on Hello Peter, that they would "look into the matter and get back to me" came to nothing - no-one bothered to come back to me!!! STILL NO REFUND - WHERE IS MY MONEY? I have now resorted to sending an affidavit to the Law Society. Perhaps this will get somewhere. Utterly, utterly disgusted. This is. Unlawful deduction of money by a law firm - how disgusting.
