The service I experienced today trying to sort out a problem with my DStv decoder is the worst service I have ever received from a service provider. I tried to call the DStv call centre and after responding to all those stupid questions they ask before you are actually transferred to a call centre agent I had to hold for like 10 minutes, this happened in several cases until I ran out of airtime. I have been trying to resolve this issue since 17h00 and it is now 20h00 and I am now tweeting them on their @DStvCare Twitter account instead and they are also taking for ever to reply, I missed all the shows I usually watch after work.
