I called this morning, beyond angry and frustrated. As a new customer there had been a mistake made with my payment method. I had to phone in on the 30th January, as disconnection was threatened as the debit order had "bounced". No such Debit order was in place. Went through the process and was assured that it would be loaded correctly and the debit would go through on the 01st, which it didn't, so of course I was disconnected and notified as such. When I called entering my customer number, I went through a series of voice promps and messages... arrrgggghhh, all I wanted was a human being... I didn't see why I should pay a re-connection fee... then of course when I tried to call back, the lines were engaged... by the time I finally got through this poor man got to assist me, and that he did with grace and a high level of professionalism. I was immediately re-connected, debit order will go through next month and the re-connection fee has been scrapped. I ended the call, happy and relaxed! Thanks Tumelo.
