Multichoice
Useless Call Centre

I installed an explora and called the telephone numbers indicated in their manuals. All the numbers are unanswered and keep on dropping. This is not the first time I encountered this problem with Multichoice. I'm not sure what are their call centre agents doing because it is useless and costing us as the customers. It's not like we are getting the service for free. We are paying for those services.
