On the 16th of Dec I went 2 buy a DSTV @ GAME, I was advised by multichoice when I phoned in for a free installation that I can phone the numbers that the agent gave to me for installers. She gave me 2 numbers in case I could not get hold of 1. I tried both numbers on the 16th & both numbers there was no answer, I did not mind as I thought it was a public holiday hence the non response. The next day on the 17th in the morning i tried the numbers again with no luck! During the day I received a WhatApp from one of the numbers that I was trying to call asking me who I was and why was I calling, I responded to (Makgati) that I was referred by Multichoice but anyway I already have William who said he will come through later to install and he said k? This William person I called before 12pm & he said he ran out of Dishes he will come later at about 3pm.3pm came and went & when I called again he said they are working somewhere else he will come latest 18h00.18h00 came & went, at about 20h35 they came knocking at my house claiming that they will come the next day at about 9h30 in the morning! its 12h45 & they did not pitch, when I call they r telling me not 2 worry eventually they will pitch!
