Horrible experiance

Good day

We visit the casino on a weekly basis. Sometimes three times a week. Last night was the most horrible/embarrassing of all. I first thought it was my imagination, but when I got home it looked like I was attacked by a colony of flees. My feet and legs are full of bite marks. When I contacted my friends who joined me last night, visitors from Johannesburg and my local friends, I got the same news from them. Needless to say how embarrassing it was to hear that.

I would appreciate it very much if you could arrange for the carpets to be cleaned and the machined serviced. I know for a fact that my friends from Johannesburg will never go to Grand West again and I would not even entertain the idea to invite them again. I am sure the casino makes enough money to do proper cleaning and upgrading. What should be a showcase for the casino industry in the Western Cape is fast becoming an embarrassment.
