Atrocious Customer Service

My friends and I went to the Grand West Casino's Magic Arcade for a few rounds of Air Hockey. We had trouble getting the Puck out and so, we asked for assistance from an employee by the name of, Pali. As she walked with us towards the hockey table, we were welcomed by the roll of her eyes and an irritated comment to her nearby colleagues. When we tried to explain what the problem was, she treated us with the utmost disrespect and impatience. Thereafter, we told her that it was fine and that we would ask someone else to help.By this point, the woman was screaming at us in public about how we "don't know and don't listen." Her behavior was atrocious and utterly disappointing considering the renouned name that she is representing. I do hope that this complaint is taken seriously as it certainly caused a great amount of discontent.
