Two month unresolved issue

I phoned the call centre on 10 Aug 2013 and waited for 10 minutes without an operator responding. I then went online to use the online response at 1:33:50 PM. I explained that I had a problem with the BoxOffice programme not working. I was also concerned because I had used complementary vouchers to download the movies to view.

It is exactly two months later and the query has still not been resolved. I have an audit trail of all their correspondence displaying the inefficiency, incompetency and general apathy in resolving my problem. It's simply unacceptable.
