Dear Multichoice,

Herewith ANOTHER COMPACT CUSTOMER complaint Just for YOU! I find it unacceptable that you have taken Series channel away!!! Do you not think that people follow certain series's on it and suddenly they can no longer watch their shows??? If you wanted to change the series channel and split it into 3, you have to give us all 3. We didn't request change. Our Package states we get Series channel now you just go ahead and give us one of your 3. What a JOKE. The only thing you people have on your mind is pushing your other packages to be worse and worse so that YOU can Make even more money out of your customers by trying to PUSH them into getting a Better package as the CURRENT one.

PLEASE NOTE: I don't want to hear what we will now be getting on 115 and what great series we will get to watch here. People like different shows we like variety you can't just give us 1 of the 3 and assume people will be happy. All you think about is keeping your premium customers happy and milking them for all they've got. I am disgusted with your service.
