In July 2011 I got DSTV installed to my holiday home, Sep 2011 when I arrived at the home no connection, had to phone in spend 18 minutes of cellphone time to get connected, the same problem occur in Dec 2011, once again in June 2012, and in Dec 2012 and once again in March 2013! I am so sick and tired of this!!! Everytime I have to phone in and go through a week course of voice prompts to speak to someone eventually wasting my time, rocking up my blood pressure to sky levels! I just have it with this insufficient useless pathetic lot! And to put the cherry on top from April I need to fork out more for no-service!!! I refuse to call in again! Thanks multichoice and for the embarassment when people utilise my home and have to listen to the radio due to your stupidity! Howcome you disconnect a service that is paid for!!! Utter disgrace!!!
