Nu Metro
Disappointed and unhappy

Firstly I had problem booking online, which was inconvenient for me

when we get there to book our tickets, they are offline and not able to use any of our loyalty cards (MOMENTUM), which is not my problem after all. The only reason I use nu metro is because I'm able to reap benefits and,

nothing was offered to us.

however we still got our tickets and proceeded to watch Wolf... at 16:45

The movie only started 45min after that, which was 17:30, there was no apology, we were just left to sit in the quiet darkness for all that time. Seeing that this cinema is in Emperors palace, one would think they would be much more professional in which they carry themselves out. My overall experience was very disappointing
