To whom it may concern.

I have been trying since December to contact your call center, with no avail! Even the accounts department is directed to the technical automated message. To shut down all lines due to technical errors with poor picture, bad sound and over all poor programming, avoiding complaints and queries is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have been with TopTv since its inception in 2010 and was willing through all the ups and downs to give it a try with the takeover and exercise some patience with Starsat re-inventing itself. The above action has resulted in me having made the decision to go to DSTV.

Thank you for making my decision so much easier.
