Dirty toilets at movies

I have been to see movies on the weekends at The Zone Rosebank a few times over the last month and have noticed every time that there is a disgusting smell in the toilets. I realised yesterday that the cause is the dustbins which are not emptied out enough or cleaned out, and the sanitary pads etc are going rancid...

This is a health hazard and is unacceptable.

I hope it improves substantially.
