STILL OUR ACCOUNT DETAILS IS WRONG

We've been with DSTV now for 3 years, we've always paid our account via EFT and last month when your promotion started we decided to go with the debit order method of paying. Then about 2 weeks ago we started getting these messages on our DSTV saying we must please effect payment before the 07th. I went back check the details and our account information was wrong, we even have a PO Box address that's not ours and the debit order went back to cash. They gave me a case number 3013659 saying they'll sort it out, yet we still received messages via dstv and this morning a sms saying we should effect payment. I went on the account to check our info and still it's wrong after I've changed it multiple times. This is frustrating because I'm a loyal customer yet I'm receiving terrible service from Multichoices side, it's truly unacceptable!
