No reply - horrible customer service

After numerous emails and calls I am still waiting for the elusive twilight gift packs "supposedly" seized by customs.
I can forward emails stating that they will courier the packages to my house... or did customs seize the couriers as well?

I am sick and tired of asking you the same question again and again and getting empty promises and "ma'am please call this number, please email this person, we will contact you shortly" liars!

Swift response please and the packages within a decent time or I will take this further.
