Extremely Poor Service

All i can say is StarSat is useless, i laid this complain prior to the 20/12/2013 and todate this matter has not been solved, i was told i will be refunded the credit which has not been done, the service has been disconnected... Please escalate this matter to the CEO of StarSat to know what a bad company he is running. I would like StarSat to come and take their equipment and refund me mu costs and my sbuscription fees... This is so not funny... Rather settle for DSTV atleast I will get the service I deserve. Not sure why I took this satelite service...:-( :-(
