Reactivated by decoder 30 Nov 2013. Was told to pay 269 for the top package. I complained that the new packages for 1 Dec was 199.00 as per starsat's ad. I complained having to pay 269.00 for less that I would get 1 Jan 2014. I said in that case I would not be interested. The gentlemen apologized and said that I could have Dec free of charge but would pay the 199 for Jan. I agreed and he switched all the channels on for me... until today when it was cut off and I am told it is because of non payment. Callcentre is uncooperative. I told them to listen to the conversation I had with the consultant. They say they will escalate the matter and get back to me. In the mean time I have nothing which is unacceptable. Starsat you are a lot of hot air and rubbish service. Why was the channels all switched on in the first place without payment. To honest based on my TopTv expersience I do not inderstand why I was even stupid enough to consider subscribing. DSTV and all there rippofs will forever beat you.
