Not Willing to Assist the physical disabled

I am an individual that was unfortunately left physically disabled after a accident but before my accident my wife bought us Tickets to go and see Bon Jovi at the FNB Stadium, now even thou the Stadium has brilliant facilities for people with disabilities Big Concerts has no clue how to compensate for it, firstly they did not have an entrance for people in wheel chairs and Computicket refused me entry thru the gate they manned and had us walking between Gate 12 & 20 for more than an hour before we were let into the Stadium. Also the security guards inside the stadium lets every one use the disabled toilets and making a huge mess of them, when you are in a wheel chair it is not that nice to have to go thru a puddle of before you can get to the loo. I have expressed my disappointment to Big Concerts but they are not getting back to me at all. I trust that you will get some sort of response from Big Concerts as this is unacceptable.
