Received by far the worst service of my life at the ster kinekor at crestA 2 weeks ago when going to see thor 2! Not only were they short staffed and incompetent (I had to stand in long queues for everything 3d glasses included) the staff were rude with severe attitude problems! The one lady at the snack counter was snapping at me asking me for my bank card umpteen times cause she didnt know how to use it like really??? Because of these delays I missed must be 20 mins of the movie despite arriving early. Your staff need an attitude make over and please employ more competent staff
