Unbelievable treatment of clients

Good Day,

I am deeply disappointed in the manner me and my family was treated on Saturday (28-12-13), we drove all the way from Jagersfontein (120km) to Bloemfontein for a relaxing day of just eating out and watching movies.

After a delicious meal we went down to Nu Metro and we decided on watching the new Jason Statham movie, unfortunately my brother of 13 was not allowed to go in due to the age restriction, we were annoyed but understood and then we decided on Leon Schuster. Now the hilarious part:
Firstly we were told that I have to pay R50 for my kid of 2years to enter the movie with me, I was almost willing to pay that absurd amount for a child who doesn'tt even understand, but then came the worst part, my son is not allowed to go into Schucks your country needs you because it is parental guidance Unbelievable so you are telling me that my son was not able to watch any movie that day because even Frozen which is an animation was parental guidance. Could you please properly educate your staff, otherwise I'll go to Ster Kinekor in the future. Because driving all that way to watch a movie and not to do it is UNACCEPTABLE.!!!
