I had a contract with Pushplay for approximately 3 months. I cancelled the service in October 2013. Since then they have continued to debit my account monthly for R169.00 and they also refused to refund the deposit. They claim until the unreturned dvd is received they are allowed to continue debiting my account monthly for R169.00! Shocking and appalling I know! The whole purpose of the deposit of R149.00 is to compensate for any damages suffered as a result of a missing disc. They have now retained the deposit plus monthly deductions since October 2013 for one disc! All discs were always returned together and Pushplay always received them. Rather convenient that now that I have terminated the contract one of the discs "is not returned". The conduct of Pushplay and its employees is most certainly illegal and I intend to take it further. I urge you to consider the above before contracting with Pushplay in any manner.
