I paid them an confirmed with them R462 now they debit my account with no authorisation.

This will inconvienience me, please I need that R149.72 for other debits hope they will be liable for charges.

Such Incompetency is not acceptable after I had confirmation from them that they received payment n have reconnected me, she clearly stipulated I pay R152, plus R50 plus R260 now the R149.72 some people don't have priviLlage to see their acc n won't get back their hard earned money. - need that money back in my account the minute they open.
