Pathetic service long queues!

I had a Terrible experience. I wanted to watch the 11.45am Frozen show but when I arrived at the cinemas the queue was winding and only one person at the tills! When I came to the front I asked Lerato why there is only one person serving so many customers and she was so rude! She never made any eye contact and simply told me the other person never pitched up.

I had a free ticket on my SKC card after watching 10 movies and wanted to redeem it. So she said I must go to the self service and print my ticket then come back to her! I told her why wasnt there a notice up that says we should collect our tickets somewhere else and now everyone would think Im cutting the line. She didnt seem to care.

I got my ticket then went back but the pther customers were so annoyed they didnt allow me to go ahead and so I had to queue from the start! I ended up missing my movie I wanted to see and had to settle for another movie because of your terrible service!

Im a loyal customer and this is my 3rd complementary ticket for 2013 which menas Ive watched more than 30 movies this year and dont deserve his treatment fom SK! And a simple sorry wont cut it any longer!
