I received my refund almost 7 days later but no-one at Ster-Kinekor had the decency to respond, provide feedback, explain or even simply apologise for the mix-up, inconvenience and bad service. This is the problem in South Africa. We do not have adequate consumer resources and avenues that a consumer can turn to when a company "mis-behaves"
