No starsat signal for three days

The problem started on Thurday afternoon just after 12h00... no signal..try to phone the... number out of order..got hold of them 17h00... told me that the are uphrading software... my goodness... how long can that take... it is now Saturday morning..still no signal... how are you going to compensate for such poor customer service?
