Sterkinekor letting customers down on promise!

I have been reporting the fact - that Sterkinekor 3 Rivers - has been going down the drain since late 2011! Maintenance problems - picture quality and sound - not to mention the quality of their food stuffs - especially popcorn! Keep the following in mind we go to the movies 3 to four times a month - that's a minimum of 12 to 20 tickets per week - also - 12 to 20 Regular to Mega Combo's - per week extra's! So this works us - R 1200 per week on tickets and another - R 1200 on food - that comes to R2400 per week waisted! Sure - they have upgraded cinema 2 - which is now better - but now the other 4 cinemas still! Where are the air-cons? Sitting in the cinema sweating - no freash air - and then ad sick people! This can not meet Health and Safety standards! Why is some child second in command? You use to have such a responsible and caring manager - that actually tried! The big guy? He greeted you by name and always had time for you - this use to be nice - feeling appreciated! There was always some display or something happening! Now it's just - ja sorry - to bad. I think it's high time that the disgruntled customers start standing together - and come to action. We are tired!
