Ster-Kinekor
Insuffient air supply & only one speedpoint work

I would like to raise a concern regarding the poor service received today at Ster-kinekor,

Starting of with standing in a row for more than 30 min in depressing heat at the refreshments counter (apparently only one speed point was working). I gave up on the standing and waiting so I went to the hotdog stand to buy vitamin water that cost me R50 for 2 bottles and they weren't even cold. We watched hunger games in cinema 6 in scorching heat without air conditioning and I personally think not enough fresh air.
It must be a violation of the health act on ventilation of public spaces.
I would like someone to clarify why I need to pay so much money just to receive bad quality service. This was officially my worst movie experience...
