Lesotho, as a country is denied Self Service

Multichoice/DSTV provides satellite TV Services to African Country. South Africa is a powerhouse in Africa has 6 direct neighbours, which are mostly dependent on it for most of the services. Lesotho is one of those and is completely surrounded by South Africa. As such it depends totally on South Africa.
While DSTV/Multichoice offers self service facilities to most counties in Africa, Lesotho is denied such facilities, and is thus limited to having to wait for hours to get almost full service from only one supplier in the country.
I reported, via e-mail, the anomaly in October 21 (Case Nu: 4192488) and the agent responded on 25 October that the anomaly exists and that it will be reported.
To this day a black sheep called Lesotho is still being singled out by being denied Self Service by Multichoice/DSTV
