I changed my account, and now I don't have service

I've recently changed my account to that of my wife's (she gets a special deal). But as I have already paid for this months premium subscription, I asked that her account be credited.
I was told 6/12/13 that it won't be a problem, but by Monday the 9th the service was cut off. Two long phone calls later and a "letter of concern" with IDs attached, and promises made I still don't have service.
So essentially I've paid for a service which I now cant get. And no indication when I'll get it
