DSTV call centre no answer for 3 days

I am trying to activate an extra view decoder. I have been trying to get through to the
DSTV call centre for 4 days. I've been on hold for over a few hours in total and have spent hundreds of rands of airtime, all to no avail.
I had a response to a tweet but no resolution.
