CALLS ABOUT OLD DVD'S WHICH-I-DO-NOT-HAVE!!!

Without fail everytime my bf and I take out a DVD at buccleuch Video Spot they phone us like a week later stating that we have haven't returned the DVD. The more we tell them we don't have it the more they keep saying it must be in the car or somewhere in the house. You would think that after a week we would have noticed a DVD just lying around???

I WOULD NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN
