Dishonesty!!

My daughter (15) went to the movies with 7 friends. They did a calculation of the cost for a movie ticket including a combo for the 7 of them. Tholakale told them that they owed her _R400 more than they worked out. The argued the difference and asked for a till slip to prove this. She refused to give one to them. I then went there to investigate. I was told that Tholakale already went home and that I had to return the following day. I refused and replied that I need the issue to be sorted immediately. They then called Tholakale on her cell. She said that she was out with exactly R400. She will tell the lady to give it to me and she will give it back to the lady. The fishy part is that it was not exactly R400, yet I was given exactly R400 when I complained. And why did she refuse to give my daughter a till slip? Is this a to rob kids? How can I ever send my children to the movies again if things like this happen?
