8 months and still waiting for delivery

I ordered and paid for a N7 wallet from Awx on the 27th march, according to their site it takes 14-21days for delivery. Its been over 7 months now, and every time I contacted them they gave me a different excuse. The last week they have been ignoring my emails and when I messaged them on twitter. It also seems like I have been blocked from their Facebook page. This has definitely been the worst service I have ever received.
