I have an account with toptv for three years. On the 6th of November 2013 my service was disconnected and on calling the customer service centreand after themrecieving proof of payment the refuse to reconnect because they cant find payment on their bank statement. All details on my deposit slip was filled correct, there was no fault on my side. It costed me more than a months subcription fee in airtime to contact them because they dont bother calling you back to assist you. After speaking to chester mc pherson the supervisor, he still refused to reconnect. He kept on saying he escalated the problem. I want them CAROL WAZER TO CONTACT ME URGENTLY? MY NO. Is 0837719735 and my account no. With toptv is 550095448.
