5 days without getting through!!!

My dstv is not working at the moment for some reason. I cannot get thought the call centers i have been phoning at random times but i spend up to an HOUR on the phone on hold. How PATHETIC!!!
So will i get my airtime back and how about my 5 days of no viewing??

This is really the worst service i have ever seen.
So could anyone tell me how to get through to them and don't tell me there website or forum cos that's even worse!!
