Patetic service

The new cinemas opened last week. We came to visit and waych a movie - the service is so pathetic - the staff do not have a sense of urgency at all. We quied 45 minutes to purchase tickets and another 41 minutes to buy some snacks. We saw only half an hour of the movie. We requested twice to see the manager - the staff did not even know who the manager was. Most dissapointing experience - the cinema is def not geared to render good service
