Day before JHB Metallica, I try to log in to print my tickets and my profile is GONE. I panic like crazy and bombard Computicket with calls. Sheradon at the call centre (Thanks Sheradon) put me onto to Adolph who went the extra mile to assist. Calling me back twice to help with reregistering and send me my tickets.
