I previously complained about descriptions not being included on the PVR in respect of tv programmes. After an exasperating conversation with someone at the call centre who did not seem to understand the query, she promised to call back with a response and never did. Multichoice charges a fortune for their subscription, escalates prices with no consent and still cannot keep the schedules updated??? Wake up Multichoice...
