Still waiting

I understand due to last weeks lighting a lot of people had damage to satellite dishes. I was referred to a service centre and they said an installer would contact me as soon as possible so that it could be repaired. I'm still waiting it has been a week since i haven't watch tv. what is annoying is that i pay my bill on time but to get a little service is so hard. i shouldn't even pay the repairs anymore because I'm very unhappy right now
