Security at Graceland is pathetic

On Saturday morning at 4:00 all four tyres of my vehicles was punctured by defective spikes at the boom exiting the premises of Graceland. There are several witnesses that can confirm this and the Security at the gate himself indicated that the boom was defective. I was told to return on Saturday at 8:00 as there was nobody that could help me. I spoke to the Security manager Morgan and he did not know what to do. He asked me to go the Police station to get an affidavit and would see what he could do. When I returned with the affidavit the story changed and it was as if it was my fault that the boom was defective. I refused to leave my vehicle at the entrance of the gate and I had the vehicle towed to my house at my own cost of R900, they refused to assistant me. He told me that I must send them the bill and they will reimburse. I have send a letter to the Complex Manager because the contact number that he gave me was not working. I attached the proof of payment, the affidavit and the quotation for the tyres but there has still no response. My car is standing in my driveway with 4 flat tyres and I have to beg for lifts to get to work.. Please Help.
