I called several times on Saturday 26th Oct to upgrade to full boquet to watch the rugby finals in SS1. I spent R150 in phone calls and never had a chance to speak to a consultant. I was holding on the phone in excess of 20mins at a time. I e-mailed ref #4208263 rec a response at 3.30pm requesting my id number which was included in my previous mail. i asked to switch on immediately cos the rugby to start at 5.30. I received an e-mail at 8.50 pm when i was sleeping to advise the upgrade was done. I did not want the upgrade from 9.00pm. I e-amail on sunday to say i dont want the upgrade no response. I call on monday to advise i do not want the upgrade doe not want to pay for sat and sun. The consultant on the phone cant escalate the matter anywhere and that i have to mail the query which i told her i did she said she cant do anything. Her call ref no 143811421. i need my telephone calls to be reimburse and to be refunded or credited for the time i was upgraded cos i did not want the upgrade. I also opted to do the customer survey after the call and asked to be called but no call to date. Very dissapointing considering we pay for viewing in advance
