Booking dates mix up

I booked a planner (Luyanda) to set up for my sons 3rd birthday party which happened on the 24th August 2013. Hoping to make the day the best it can be, for my son. Come the big day, she does not show up and her phone is off. In the mist of panic and frustration my husband is FINALLY able to get ahold of Luyanda through a colleague of hers. Luyanda arrives in a frenzy and sets up what she could, needless to say not all ordered and paid for items are there and that my relatives chip in to help her set up - how embarrassing, you invite people only to help you setup. Having had said that she still insists on charging full price for a table setup that looks nothing like what I saw on their website. How do you pay full price when you are only getting half. She refuses to note that she mixed up the dates, and was not diligent when she was capturing my quote. The quote itself reflects the correct event date but she diarises a different date and wants to pin the negligence on me. I REFUSE TO BE BILLED FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED & WILL NOT B HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR LUYANDAS LACK OF PLANNING. ADDITIONALLY I DEMAND A FURTHER REFUND FOR THE CLUMSY TABLE SET UP, I WILL NOT ACCEPT INFERIOR SERVICE!!
