BAD SERVICE!!!

Switched on my TV this morning and was not able to access anything... only a message saying my account has been suspended and I owe R35.06 R50 connection fee. I'm on a DEBIT ORDER and it is the middle of the freakin month!! So, mildly irritated I contact the Callcentre. The autopromt tells me to type in my id nr 3 times before it recognises it then gives me 2 options: settle account or close account. After banging the phone repeatedly it eventually transferred me to an actual person who was very friendly and after verifying my identity nr (again!!!) told me that my account has been activated. When asked why he said whoever suspended my account didn't notice I was on debit order. Again! Enough said about the accounting error, it already wasted an hour of my morning. Let me finish by probably not be the first person to tell you: Your automated answering service is the worst I have EVER come across. It is NOT helpful it IS FRUSTRATING!
